Upcoming Public Hearing on Tuesday for Olympic Heights Preliminary Plat Proposal

There will be a public hearing on Tuesday, May 7, beginning at 11 a.m. in front of the City's Hearings Examiner to consider the Olympic Heights 199 Lot Preliminary Plat proposal.

This will be a hybrid public hearing. You can attend in person at the Civic Center (525 West Cota Street) or virtually via Microsoft Teams (Meeting ID: 218 573 906 238 Password: 69ajE). Any questions regarding attendance at the public hearing should be directed to Senior Planner Jason Dose by phone at 360-432-5102 or by email at jason.dose@sheltonwa.gov.

All interested parties have an opportunity to comment on this proposal. You can either speak during the hearing or submit a written comment before the hearing. Social media comments will not be considered as part of the official record.

Written comments must be received (by mail, email, or hand-delivered) by 5 p.m. on Monday, May 6 to have guaranteed inclusion in the official record. Written comments should be submitted to Jason Dose at jason.dose@sheltonwa.gov, or in person at the Civic Center (525 West Cota Street). Any written comments received after the deadline aren't guaranteed to be included in the official record.
