Customer Service

Customer Service is located on the second floor of the Shelton Civic Center, located at 525 West Cota Street. Their hours of operation are:

• Monday - Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (Closed from 1 - 2 p.m.) 
• Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. 

Customer Service staff:

• Provide reception services to the Civic Center, located at 525 West Cota Street
• Process payments and answer questions regarding a variety of City services, including utility billing and permits
• Answer and route all incoming phone calls to the City's main phone number, 360-426-4491
