UPDATED 9/13/24: Burn Ban in Effect, Effective Monday, July 22, 2024

UPDATE (9/13/24):

ORIGINAL: Due to the change in the National Fire Danger Rating System in Shelton to Very High Fire Danger, the City of Shelton will enact a complete burn ban, effective immediately. 

All burning, including recreational fires and charcoal, will be banned in the City of Shelton until further notice. Propane-fueled equipment and pellet grills will remain legal during this time.
