Help Name the New Patch Truck
Help Name the New Patch Truck!
We need your help to name the City's new patch truck!
What's a patch truck? Our Public Works department has recently purchased a new patch truck. Patch trucks are important equipment for our Public Works department, as they help with filling potholes and other routine street maintenance. We have over 118 lane miles of paved streets that require maintenance! The new patch truck will improve road repair quality, enhance reliability, decrease repair and maintenance costs, and make routine road maintenance easier and safer. The City's Transportation Benefit District (TBD) partially funded the patch truck purchase.
Timeline: Submit your name suggestions using the form below by Monday, August 5. We'll review them, pick our favorites, and have another survey in a couple of weeks to choose the final name for the patch truck.
Disclaimer: All survey responses will be treated as suggestions, and the City of Shelton does not guarantee that any particular responses will be put to any further use.
