Burn Ban in Effect, Effective Wednesday, July 9, 2025

Due to recent fire activity within Mason County, effective immediately, all outdoor burning, including campfires, charcoal briquettes, and weed burning using torches, is restricted until further notice. 

Please note that these restrictions do not apply to pizza ovens, pellet smokers, indoor fireplaces that have a 1/40inch metal screen over the chimney, propane fire pits, or propane barbeques.
