Prevent Fire on Your Property
Defensible space is a buffer you create between your home or business and the grass, trees, or shrubs around it.
Embers are the leading cause of home loss during fire season. They can travel miles during windy conditions; blowing across roofs and treetops as they do. Between July and October, our region becomes dry and warm. Small changes to your property are your best defense against embers from a nearby fire.
